Deleting Your Venty Account

You can delete your Venty account and all associated data at any time.

From the app:
1.⁠ ⁠Open the Venty app and go to Settings
2.⁠ ⁠Select Account & Security
3.⁠ ⁠Choose Delete Account and confirm

This permanently removes your account, your paired devices, your rooms, your schedules and your profile information.

By email:
If you cannot access the app, email support@ventyfan.com from the address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We will remove your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data removed on deletion:
•⁠  ⁠Account and login details
•⁠  ⁠Paired device records and settings
•⁠  ⁠Rooms and schedules
•⁠  ⁠Profile information and profile photo

If you signed in using Facebook, Google or Apple, deleting your Venty account also removes the connection to that service. It does not affect your Facebook, Google or Apple account itself.
