If you do not love your Venty fan simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Make sure that you have kept the original packaging and invoice. Email us at Ventyfan@gmail.com for further instructions on where to send the fan.

Damage and Technical Issues

If you have any issues with the fan, contact us immediately with a short video shared through a dropbox link outlining the nature of the issue. Shoot us an email at Ventyfan@gmail.com and we will work through the issue with you.
