RETURN POLICY

You can return your Venty within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition with the original packaging, all accessories, and proof of purchase. You pay return shipping, and on orders that shipped free, $9.99 (U.S.) is deducted from your refund. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are refunded in full, including shipping.

To start a return, email support@ventyfan.com with your name, order number, and reason for return, and we will send instructions.
